Identify the intended placements
Websites, Instagram posts, Reels, stories and ads can require different framing. List the placements first. Cropping one image into every format may remove the subject. Plan room for headings or buttons when the visuals will carry text.
Build a shot list around the service
Choose scenes that explain the service: process, team, details and use examples. Record the scene, format, people or materials needed and its intended use. Discuss location, lighting, timing and preparation before the shoot.
Agree permissions and deliverables
Clarify the usage conditions for people, locations, music and other materials. Agree the number of outputs, editing, revisions and file formats. Raw footage and publication-ready content are different deliverables, and usage rights should be specified in writing.
Connect production to the content plan
Select footage and photographs alongside upcoming topics and messages. One image can explain a website service; another short sequence can show the process in a story. Keep colour and editing consistent with the brand. Laccot Medya plans photography and video for web, social media and advertising needs.
